Tai Chi Form Workshop
On Sat. Nov. 14 the Bear River Tai Chi Chuan Society will offer a workshop on form corrections and details of the second two thirds of the CMC style short form. The workshop will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 and from 2 to 4 p.m. Optional push hands practice will be available after the workshop.Although the basics for health and movement are abundantly found in the form's first twelve postures and accompanying transitions there is a great beauty and expansion of Taiji's central principles that are manifest in the full form. An old saying reminds us that "the Devil is in the details", but neglects to add that the grace, power, beauty, and functionality is also to be found in the details. As Ben Lo says, "If you don't do it right it won't work." This workshop is to focus on details but beginners new to the full form who know the first third are also welcome
The workshop will be held at the Cache Valley Learning Center, 75 South 400 West, Logan. Use the back door by the kitchen as the practice will be held in the cafeteria.

Kayo Robertson about alternative payment.
